Clifton C. Inge, Jr.
Managing Director

Mr. Inge received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Virginia in 1986, a Master's Degree from the University of Alabama in 1991, and is a graduate of the Mergers & Acquisitions Program of the Wharton School.
As a director and co-founder of IPC, Mr. Inge has extensive experience in the structure, acquisition and operation of companies within the manufacturing and service industries.
He is an active member of numerous professional, civic and social organizations, currently serving on the following boards and committees: BankTrust Financial Group (BTFG), Board of Directors; UMS-Wright Preparatory School, Board of Trustees; Mobile Arts and Sports Association, Board of Directors; Mobile Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Inc., Board of Directors; Mobile Infirmary Foundation, Board of Directors; and, Young Presidents' Organization.

McGowin I. Patrick, Jr.

Mr. Patrick received his Bachelors Degree from Washington & Lee University in 1986. He then worked in Atlanta with SunTrust Corporate Finance as an investment banker specializing in mergers, acquisitions, and debt and equity placement.
As a director and co-founder of IPC, he has managed the various financial portfolios and has provided valuable analyses of potential opportunities, including leveraged and management buyouts, as well as recapitalizations.
Mr. Patrick actively participates in numerous professional, civic and social organizations. He currently serves on the following boards and committees: Infirmary Health Systems, Board of Directors; Gulf Health Hospitals, Board of Directors; Infirmary Foundation, Board of Trustees; UMS-Wright Preparatory School, Board of Trustees; and, Young Presidents' Organization.

Henry F. O'Connor, III
Managing Director

Prior to joining IPC in 2008, Mr. O'Connor was a co-founder and managing member of O'Connor & O'Connor, LLC where he represented developers, owners and operators of real estate projects. Mr. O'Connor was also actively engaged in and continues to hold ownership interests in TVG Development Company, which owns a portfolio of limited service Marriott hotels in Louisiana, and Southern Theatres, a New Orleans-based company that owns and operates approximately twenty stadium seating theatre complexes in the Southeast.
Mr. O'Connor serves on the Executive Committees of the Mobile Chamber of Commerce and the United Way of Southwest Alabama.
He holds a law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and graduated Cum Laude from Dartmouth College.
